30 minute grace period will be given for all airport pickups.

Any time after grace period will be calculated in increments of 15 minutes at the vehicle’s hourly rate.

1.) Hourly service reservations in Manhattan: 3 hours minimum on weekdays & 4 hours minimum on weekends. Hourly Service reservations out of Manhattan: travel time/garage time will apply.

2.) Transfer rates for out of town: Please contact us to get rate quote.

3.) Cancellation policy: You must cancel 3 hours prior to scheduled pickup time for Sedan and SUV. For Executive Vans and Mercedes S550 require 24 hour cancellation.
